Have you ever heard a black hole explanation coming from a six-year-old? This 44-second video was not scripted. My six-year-old actually understood how a black hole was formed, and we filmed it in front of our outer space mural.

He is super cute and very smart. I enjoy your homeschool posts and think they are encouraging to other homeschoolers. Thank you for sharing this part of your life with us.
I’m glad you enjoyed the video. My son was so proud of himself that he understood black holes.
So cute! His vocabulary is quite well developed. Obviously homeschooled! God bless you and your family, Susan!
Thank you. God bless you, too. I have been reading classics to my kids since they were tiny, so their vocabulary is larger than a regular kid.
We always love your homeschool videos. Thanks for this one. Setting it aside for when we study black holes.
Thanks, we enjoy making these videos. They help other homeschoolers to teach their children in hands-on ways.
So cute! How do you teach him creation ex nihilo?
We have been teaching our children Scripture since they were babies, so they know that God created everything out of nothing. Hebrews 11:3 says, “By faith we understand that the worlds were prepared by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible.”
